THE REVOCATION OF REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 10/M-DAG/PER/3/2009
CONCERNING THE EXPORT OF GOODS REQUIRED TO USE LETTERS OF CREDIT AS AMENDED
THE LATEST BY REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 57/M-DAG/PER/10/2009
BY GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD,
THE MINISTER OF TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Considering:
- a. that the export policy has run well, reflected by among others the increasing foreign exchange earnings;
- b. that based on the results of a limited coordination meeting led by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs on June 17, 2010 on the evaluation of the regulation on the export of goods required to use Letters of Credit, the regulation is no longer needed;
- c. that based on the considerations in a and b, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Trade;
In view of:
- 1. Law No. 39/2008 concerning State Ministry (Statute Book No. 166/2008, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4916);
- 2. Presidential Decree No. 260/1967 concerning the Affirmation of Tasks and Responsibilities of the Minister of Trade in the Field of Foreign Trade;
- 3. Presidential Regulation No. 47/2009 concerning the Formation and Organization of State Ministry;
- 4. Presidential Decree No. 84/P/2009 concerning the Formation of United Indonesia Cabinet II;
- 5. Presidential Regulation No. 24/2010 concerning the Position, Task and Function of State Ministry and the Organizational Structure, Task and Function of Echelon I Officials of the State Ministry;
- 6. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/3/2005 concerning the Organization and Work Mechanism of the Ministry of trade as amended by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 24/M-DAG/PER/6/2009;
HAS DECIDED:
To stipulate:
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERNING THE REVOCATION OF REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 10/M-DAG/PER/3/2009 CONCERNING THE EXPORT OF GOODS REQUIRED TO USE LETTERS OF CREDIT AS AMENDED THE LATEST BY REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NO. 57/M-DAG/PER/10/2009
Article 1
Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 10/M-DAG/PER/3/2009 concerning The Export of Goods Required to use Letters of Credit as amended the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 57/M-DAG/PER/10/2009 shall be revoked and declared null and void.
Article 2
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
